QMHP
The Attachment and Trauma Institute is looking for QMHP’s to service all current service lines including Intensive In Home, Mental Health Skills Building and Virtual Residential Services. The Attachment and Trauma Institute is dedicated to helping individuals and families experience healing in their lives and relationships with others. In order to achieve this goal, we have combined the latest research within the fields of psychology including trauma theory, attachment theory, neuroscience and affect regulation and we combine this training with applied clinical practice.
Responsibilities and Duties
QMHP will be skilled at providing trauma informed interventions to adults, children and families in their homes to facilitate their healing.
QMHP will be proficient in creating trauma informed treatment goals and completing required paperwork in a timely manner.
QMHP will be able to assess needs and connect the adult, child and family to appropriate community services.
QMHP will be capable of helping families/clients identify, develop, and strengthen natural supports.
QMHP will possess the ability to connect with referral sources and develop a collaborative working relationship with other professionals.
QMHP will provide crises intervention services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Qualifications and Skills
QMHP-C, QMHP-A, QMHP-T A, QMHP-T C, or LMHP License is required
Minimum 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth/adults and families
Experience providing community-based services and working with families/individuals preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Local travel necessary
